All services provided are governed by a formal Contract or Statement of Work (SOW) issued prior to the start of any engagement. These documents outline the full scope of work, associated costs, payment terms, and any conditions related to cancellations or refunds.

Because each project is customized, any refund eligibility, terms, or limitations will be explicitly defined within the applicable Contract or SOW. If a refund is not specified in the governing agreement, the service is considered non‑refundable.
